I hate it when I m starting to think. Its like all sort of ‘IFs’, ‘WHYs’, ‘HOW COMEs’, ‘OH NOs’ came to mind. Results = stress??.
And for my health purposes mainly, even I know I am very much a thinker person but I am trying hard not to think too much most of the time.
Many times, I realized, I am a happier person with lessen ‘thinking’ that I do. Seriously.
So, think or not to think now?…
